About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) to join our People & Operations team to play a key role reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, in a team of 3x Talent and 3x HR folks (currently and growing). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building great teams and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
This is an exciting rocket ship opportunity. We’re scaling — and scaling fast. With rapid growth comes the chance to hire incredible talent across engineering, product, and design. To fuel this journey, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to build exceptional teams.
You’ll play a pivotal role in finding, engaging, and hiring engineers / developers, product managers, product designers, QAs, and more.
You’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver the people power that will keep our rocket ship accelerating.
What You’ll Do
Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and closing.
Build diverse pipelines of top technical talent across engineering, product, and design.
Create innovative sourcing strategies using e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and represent our company brand with pride.
Use data to track hiring success and improve processes as we scale.
Stay up-to-date with talent market trends to give us the edge in competitive hiring.
Job requirements
About You
Proven experience in Technical Recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or scaling environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles (engineering, QA, product, design, etc.) and what great talent looks like.
Creative sourcing skills to connect with passive candidates and niche communities.
Excellent communication skills to influence and partner with stakeholders and candidates.
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment data/metrics.
