Job description

Who are we?

TRAILD is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable.

Just as your bank provides always on risk protection for your credit card, TRAILD provides a similar level of security to help businesses protect their B2B payments from fraud, errors and mistakes.

Our specialised Accounts Payable software integrates with leading business ERP systems like SYSPRO, Acumatica, MYOB, and IFS to help clients make their AP process more streamlined, automated and secure.

We have a rapidly growing client base, so you are about to board the rocket ship at the right time. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and with your help we can support more businesses digitise their existing operations with enhanced automation and security.

Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Channel Manager to drive the growth and activation of new partners within the NetSuite and SAP B1 ecosystems across ANZ and the wider APAC region.

This isn’t a “business as usual” channel role. It’s an opportunity to shape TRAILD’s channel programme from the ground up — identifying, recruiting, and nurturing partnerships that will deliver real impact and scale. You’ll work closely with our sales and leadership teams to expand our network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators, and Digital Transformation Partners, driving both relationship and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Recruit and Activate Partners: Identify, approach, and onboard new partners within the ERP ecosystem, helping them understand and champion TRAILD’s value proposition.

  • Drive Results: Generate qualified leads and new demo opportunities through partner channels, contributing directly to the region’s growth objectives.

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with VARs and partners. Be their go-to contact for support, enablement, and collaboration.

  • Engage the Ecosystem: Represent TRAILD at industry events, conferences, and webinars — raising awareness, building connections, and positioning us as a trusted AP automation partner.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment and impactful go-to-market activity.

  • You’re commercially driven, with a balance of relationship-building skills and a focus on delivering tangible results.

  • You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves — you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoy building programmes from scratch.

  • You're a people person with extensive networks and a genuine passion for connecting with others. Building and maintaining relationships is your forte.

  • You’re collaborative, agile, and ambitious — a strong team player who’s motivated to help shape TRAILD’s future in the region.
