The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving performance, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in North America.
You will build and scale our Revenue Operations function, own our GTM systems, generate insights, and help align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals and metrics. You’ll report directly to the SVP of Sales, North America with heavy collaboration with our Chief of Staff, Revenue.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent GTM systems knowledge, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. A candidate in Pacific Timezone is preferred to allow with collaboration with our Chief of Staff - Revenue in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Own the RevOps Stack
Administer and optimise core GTM systems including Pipedrive, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Build integrations and workflows for end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing
Identify and implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution
Design and Deliver Insights
Create and maintain real-time dashboards that track funnel and revenue performance
Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and territory planning
Deliver insights to inform strategic decisions, including TAM and ICP analyses
Drive GTM Execution
Lead sales forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment tracking
Ensure readiness for product launches, campaigns, and GTM experiments
Manage sales content repositories including price sheets, contract templates, and enablement materials
Be the GTM Glue
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align systems and strategy
Build repeatable, automated processes to drive efficiency and better decision-making
Translate complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable insights
Job requirements
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS GTM environment (startup or high-growth preferred)
Expert-level skills in Excel; strong working knowledge of BI tools like Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a major plus
Proven track record with GTM systems, integrations, and enablement tools
Experience managing cross-functional projects and sales enablement initiatives
Strategic thinker who’s also a doer—comfortable getting into the weeds to solve problems
Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communicator who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning complexity into clarity
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit
Must Haves:
5+ years in a RevOps/Sales Enablement/GTM Operations role at a SaaS company
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven CRM administration and integration skills and experience
Strong analytical and dashboarding capabilities
Exceptional Excel skills; BI expertise is a plus
Experience in sales enablement content creation and documentation
Curiosity by nature with a passion to solve
Experience with AI & Automation
