The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Manager, where you will play a critical role in solving problems for our customers through helping to deliver outstanding solutions in the Accounts Payable and Payments SaaS space.

In this role, you will take charge of managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with market demands and contribute to business growth.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and scope products and features which further enhance our world class AP platform and align with TRAILD’s strategy and goals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand market needs, while also originating ideas to drive innovation, enabling efficiency and security in the processes of our users.
  • Work hand in hand with Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless product development, from concept to launch.
  • Communicate internally and externally to educate on new products and features as part of the release program.
  • Understand the end to end Accounts Payable journey and ensure consistency and improvement of the user experience.


Who You Are: (include required qualifications, experience, education)

  • 3+ years product management experience.
  • Preferred experience in the ERP, SaaS, or fintech space.
  • An understanding of basic accounting concepts would be an advantage.
  • A cultural fit, embracing hard work, and the startup spirit.
