The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join the People team as a People Operations Associate where you will play a critical role in supporting our employees across the Americas and EMEA regions.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is ideal for someone who is a high-energy, detail-oriented team player who’s passionate about culture and enjoys creating a vibrant and welcoming workplace.
You will support key People Operations processes, oversee our Denver office, and help drive culture and engagement initiatives that create an exceptional employee experience. This is a cross-functional role, supporting People Operations initiatives across North America and EMEA, with a requirement for candidates to be located in the Denver area to support our Denver office.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Create a welcoming, well-run Denver hub where people love to work, from hosting in-office gatherings to making global teammates feel right at home when they visit.
Be the go-to person for our office - welcoming new hires and ensuring the team has what they need on site.
Keep access and logistics running seamlessly. Keys, badges, systems… you’re on it.
Human Resources:
Support the onboarding experience, helping new hires feel supported, informed, and excited to dive right in on Day 1.
Keep us compliant and organized, ensuring our HR processes, policies, and docs are handled.
Turn data into aha! moments by pulling insights from our HR systems to help us shape how we work and grow.
Culture:
Cook up creative ideas to keep employees feeling connected and energized, from virtual hangouts to in-person events.
Contribute to our monthly TRAILD Newsletter, spotlighting what’s happening throughout the company around the globe.
Gather employee feedback, turn it into insights, and help shape what comes next.
Operations:
Assist with refreshing onboarding guides and training materials so they’re scaling with our growth.
Craft clear, engaging internal comms and keep our employee resources up to date.
Jump in wherever the People Team needs an extra set of hands. No day is ever the same!
Job requirements
Who You Are:
2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Comfortable working with HR systems and office tools. Experience with HiBob, Deel, or Sequoia One a plus.
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, finds creative solutions, and thrives when things are moving and changing.
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.

The base salary range for this position is:
U.S. Candidates: USD $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location. The final offer may vary within the stated range to reflect the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions in their area.
