We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as our IT Manager to lead and scale our IT Operations across a fast-paced SaaS environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s internal IT infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. This role will play a key part in enabling our employees to be productive, secure, and supported across our hybrid work environment, while also contributing to ongoing compliance goals. This role will be primarily in-office, but does allow for some flexibility
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
Develop, implement, and manage IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with business and engineering teams to align IT initiatives with company goals.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
Systems & Infrastructure Management
Administer and optimize enterprise platforms, including Microsoft stack, Firewalls, Cloud platforms.
Manage and support mixed environments (Windows and macOS) across the company.
Oversee cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.
Implement and maintain endpoint security, identity management, and device compliance.
Service Management & Support
Own the company’s IT service desk, leveraging ITSM for incident, request, and asset management.
Ensure IT support meets defined SLAs and provides a high-quality employee experience.
Drive process improvements and automation to scale IT operations effectively.
Security & Compliance
Manage endpoint security policies with device management through Intune.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support compliance audits, evidence collection, and continuous control monitoring.
Ensure adherence to data protection, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Partner with leadership to strengthen security posture and embed compliance into IT operations.
Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor IT team members (internal and external).
Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance IT services.
Job requirements
Who You Are:
5+ experience as an IT Manager or in a senior IT role within a SaaS or cloud-first environment.
Experience in a SaaS Software company
Strong expertise in Microsoft systems and technologies, networking, remote work and cloud systems.
Experience managing both Windows and macOS endpoints at scale.
Hands-on knowledge of ITSM tools and their use.
Solid understanding of IT security best practices, compliance frameworks, and modern identity/access management.
Strong networking background with deep understanding of stacks, technologies and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience with compliance programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS company.
Previous experience supporting a distributed or hybrid workforce.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting).
Exposure to enterprise networking, SSO, and zero-trust architectures.
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
